in montclair, nj and got a call on my bb curve and when I reached in my pocket for it fell out. It was a wrng number from the previous owner(just go the phone) and not the first time. do u think tmobile will buy me a new phone?

I am not certain what you are claiming, that because it fell out it rings on a number other than yours? Is it a recycled phone or recycled number? Either way, unless you have insurance, it is unlikely that you have a claim for a phone damaged in a fall.

I meant that I keep getting these calls and when I got the last one my phone slipped out of my coat(it was like 20 degrees out) and it fell on the ground. when i was uptown later the data service didn't work...

Probably not an issue with the phone. You said it's curve? As in Blackberry? With the power on, remove the battery. That's a hard reset on BBerry, but won't wipe the phone. You could also be in an area with bad data coverage. Happens to me in Chicago all the time.

call in and tell them it's lost or stolen.......get a replacement, but is it worth the $50 deductible?
