Assist to Sell

I am thinking about selling my rental property but don't want to give up the 6% percent to realtors. Have any of you used Assist to Sell?

why dont you just sell it yourslef?

problem is, if your a FISBO, realtors will be calling you 24/7 and asking if they can sell your property.

I want to make sure that the paperwork is not jacked up and end up in litigataion.
