Mostly stock, upgrades done to the suspension, exhaust, front bumper, wheels, and chargepipe. I have it listed for sale on cars.com and craigslist pittsburgh. I'll be posting it on eBay soon. This car is in 100% perfect mechanical condition and near flawless cosmetic condition. Both myself and the previous owner had this as our weekend car. I am well aware of what the KBB value is on a 2009 335i convertible. 3 things that set this 335i apart from the rest:

1) very low mileage
2) very desirable alpine white on coral red color combo
3) six-speed manual transmission. Only 5% of all the 335i convertibles have a manual There are less than 30 2007-2010 335i manual trans convertibles for sale (on cars.com) in the US right now. DCT transmissions are quickly replacing traditional manuals, this car may end up being a collector.

Other notable features:
-mtech front bumper
-staggered 19x8.5" front, 19x9.5" rear BMW style 95 wheels (I also have the original 17" wheels)
-new Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 Max Summer Peformance tires 265/30/19 rear. 235/35/19 front
-Evolution Racewerks Chargepipe
-TialQ blowoff valve
-new fuel injectors, plugs and ignition coils
-walnut blasted intake valves
-M3 front control arms
-M3 inner and outter tie rods
-H&R sport lowering springs (2" drop in front, 1.5" rear)
-Adaptive headlights (turn left and right with the steering)
-I have the stock springs, control arms, tie rods and wheels (with TPMS sensors)
-Carries the balance of 8 year/82K mile warranty on the turbos and wastegates
-10 year/120K mile warranty on the high pressure fuel pump

Recent maintenance/upgrades (most recent at the top):

7/1/14 @ 32,807 miles: I got a boost leak code, checked the engine and found the stock plastic charge pipe began to crack at throttle body connection. Replaced with an upgraded aluminum charge pipe from Evolution Racewerks. This is arguably the best aftermarket chargepipe because it utilizes the stock C-clamp style connector on the throttle body. Sealed the diverter valve openings in air intake and installed a TialQ Blow-off valve on the chargepipe. $594 in parts. http://www.evolutionracewerks.com/node/53

6/26/14 @ 32,569 miles: Installed brand new 19" OEM (not repos) BMW Style 95 wheels and Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 Max Summer Performance tires. $1820 in parts. 4 wheel alignment performed at Collier's Auto Service in Allison Park (these guys are THE alignment shop to go to).

6/14/14 @ 32,561 miles: On the previous visit to P&W BMW on Baum Blvd, they recommended I have the thrust rod bushings replaced. I was told they were torn and leaking and they quoted me $491. Instead of replacing just the bushings, I opted to replace the front control arms with this kit from ECS tuning: http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E92-335...S221/ES257469/
Knowing I was going to need an alignment after this anyways, I opted to upgrade the tie rods as well with the Meyle HD versions from FCPeuro: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...d-3160300018hd $750 total in parts. Oh, and those "torn/leaking" thrust bushings.... yeah, more BS from P&W. The bushings were in good condition.

6/11/14 @ 31,540 miles: I still had a problem where the engine would go into "limp" mode anytime you gave it more than 25% throttle. I pulled a data log of the fuel pressures and charted the fuel pressures. I went back to P&W with these charts and again told them that I believed the HPFP was failing and put the proof in front of their face. I asked that they only test the HPFP. They confirmed the HPFP was failing. My service advisor their was Richard McCoy. He told me he hadn't heard of any extended warranty on the HPFP. He searched his computer for several minutes...turned the screen towards me and showed me that there was only an extended warranty for the turbos, no HPFP warranty was listed. I looked up the SIB# (130309) for him on my phone and then, almost magically, he was familiar with the warranty and was able to find it on his computer. Finally, 9 months after owning this car I can finally put my foot down and feel the true power. What a difference!

6/3/14 @ 31,515 miles: On the previous visit to P&W, I was told to replace all 6 fuel injectors. I uninstalled and sent the injectors to http://www.****************/ Heath Yob, the owner, tested the flow rate and spray pattern of all the injectors, and after cleaning all of them and testing again, he failed 3 of them. He shipped me the 3 good injectors back and I installed them into Bank 2, cylinders 4 5 and 6. I purchased 3 brand new injectors from ECS tuning and installed them in Bank 1, cylinders 1 2 and 3. $484 in parts. I coded the injector calibration settings into the DME. Upon test driving, the engine would still go into limp mode with moderate throttle.

5/13/14 @ 31,508 miles: Took it to P&W, engine was going into limp mode with moderate throttle. I told them I thought that the HPFP could be failing (if you're not aware, the high pressure fuel pump is notorious for failing on the N54 engine and BMW has extended the warranty to 10 years and 120K miles.). They said it wasn't the HPFP and recommended I replace all 6 fuel injectors, quoted $1720. Suspicious of all 6 injectors failing simultaneously, I declined the repair and went home to do more troubleshooting on my own.

5/1/14 @ 31,456 miles: Oil change with 7 quarts BMW Synthetic 5W-30 and OEM filter. Installed new cabin air filter and engine air filter.

4/30/14 @ 31,456 miles: Cleaned the intake valves with crushed walnut shells. BMW recommends this service every 30-50K miles. After cleaning with the crushed walnut shells, I went back over them with Seafoam intake/carb cleaner. The valves looked great, I was very happy with the results. The engine idle was noticeably smoother.

3/31/14: I had a couple misfire codes logged in the DME on cylinder 1 and 4. Rather than play around swapping coils/plugs and seeing if the misfire moved, I just ordered 6 new Bosch ignition coils and 6 new Bosch spark plugs.

12/12/13: Bought a pickup truck from Kelly Chevrolet in Butler the day before the first snow storm. 335i garaged for the winter.

9/25/13 @ 28,665: I bought the car from Tower Auto. I treated all the rubber seals on the roof and doors with gummi pflege (recommended by BMW). Clay-barred and waxed. There was an annoying rattle coming from the back seat center console at certain RPM ranges, fixed it.

Previous owner history:
6/15/2009: Purchased by 1st owner and regularly serviced at Westchester BMW MINI in White Plains, NY.

7/11/2009 @ about 2,000 miles: Damage reported "It hit a guide rail" listed on carfax. Imagine how sad you would be to have this happen after less than a month of owning a brand new $53K BMW. From what I can tell, this was on the passenger side and affected the door and front fender. I found a tiny bit of paint over spray on the rubber seal in the door jamb. The panel gaps are perfect and whoever did the repair was top notch.

9/18/09 @ 2,500 miles: NY emissions and safety inspection

10/29/09 @ 3,957 miles: Maintenance inspection completed

3/23/10 @ 7,295 miles: Maintenance inspection completed, oil and filter changed

7/29/10 @ 12,388 miles: Oil and filter changed, brakes checked, engine checked,

11/6/10 @ 15,896 miles: NY safety and emissions inspection

11/11/10 @ 15,952 miles: Maintenance inspection, oil and filter changed

6/17/11: Registration renewed

8/15/11 @ 22,241 miles: Oil and filter changed

7/16/12 @ 27,000 miles: Traded in and sold at auction in Atlanta, GA to Tower Auto in Blawnox, PA.

9/21/12 @ 27,134: Brake fluid flushed/changed, wiper blades replaced, maintenance inspection at P&W BMW

10/24/12: The 2nd owner bought it. It was his weekend car and only put about 1,500 miles on it before selling it back to Tower Auto. He was getting married and needed the money.

11/8/12 @ 27,273 miles: Replaced exhaust pipe/tail pipe. It's a little louder than stock, not obnoxious by any means.

9/25/13 @ 28,665 miles: I bought the car from Tower Auto
