Bilstein B6 Mono or Koni FSD?

As per the title which would you prefer to have paired with Eibach Pro Kit;

The car is an e93 335i m sport...

I keep bottoming out over humps even though she's not that low? Weird!

Could it be the bump stops or knackered shocks?

Out of those two, the Bilsteins.

Koni FSDs are best to use for stock height springs, and even then they aren't great for handling. Bouncyness has been reported!

The issue could be either knackered shocks or bumpstops. My guess, the shocks.

Mileage?

Another vote for Koni Yellows, have them on mine with Eibach Pro springs and it's a very good combination.

A lot. FSDs are for stock height springs, for stock performance. Yellows are better, and you get adjustable damping too which is very nice to have so you can fine tune your ride.

Just be sure to get the rear yellows which you can adjust from the boot with extenders. Some rear yellows you have to jack it up.

Yellows and Eibachs would be a good match. Or you could go Bilstein B12.

I've had FSDs and yellows on different vehicles.

FSDs are ideally for stock springs but can be used with eibachs (I did) but are not manually adjustable. They react to the forces being put on them.

Yellows are adjustable damping as they have a valve you can adjust.

Personally prefer the yellows.
