(Indy) E92 2008 335i Coupe Montago Blue 57k 6SPD Manual VMR Wheels Matte Black
Hi everyone! My username is from when I had a 135i and actually sold it on here so I'm coming back to sell my 2008 BMW 335i Montego Blue 6 Speed Manual Coupe. I think the 6 speed manual is the only way to have this car and it is a blast to drive stock! With that being said, here is some information about the car: Price: PRICE DROP $18,650 (I owe around this) (Just spent over $1800 in wheels and tires) VIN: WBAWB73588P157697 Condition: Very Good (perfect mechanically). I don't think there is even any defects in the paint. This car has been meticulously maintained. It has been garaged for most of its life. Warranty: The car still has the 8 year 82k warranty on the Turbos and the 10 year/120k warranty on the HPFP. Owners: 3 Previous Clean Carfax Transmission: 6 Speed Manual Options: Black leather (BMW's textured leather that comes on these cars), Navigation, Logic 7 Premium Sound, Moonroof, HID Xeon Headlights, Heated Seats, Dark Wood Trim, Sport Suspension, Fog Lights, Power Seats, Keyless start. This should cover every option available for the car. I might be missing something. Things I've added: Carbon Fiber Mirrors, VMR VB3 18" Matte Black, Michellin A/S 3's (great in snow, rain, and all year round), Matte Black 335i Badge, Flat Black exhaust tips, Matte Black Shadowline trim, Window Tint all around minus windshield, and Flat Black Grills. I purchased this car around this time last year and have only put 3500k miles on it. Defects: The only thing that is wrong with this car in any aspect which isn't even an issue is the light for the rear brake lamp appears on dash (brake light malfunction) when starting the car up, but nothing is wrong with the brake light. It operates perfectly. I did research on this and it is a common issue with these cars and the only fix is to just get a new wiring harness for the right brake lamp. It functions perfectly so I do not see the point of it. The light doesn't stay on. It only appears when you first start the car up. So with all of this being said I'm asking $21,499 or best offer. I'm a very reasonable guy and know what I owe on it and what I just spent on wheels and tires last October (4 months ago). I paid $24999 for this car last January with only 3500 miles less than what I have now and then I added the grills, mirrors, badges, wheels, tires, shadow line, etc. It has every factory option and is has zero mechanical issues. At 60k miles, these don't even require a timing belt change so the maintenance is very minimal. Everything is all caught up on the car. So around 60k you might need to change some fluids and do minor things, but that's it. Onto the pictures of the car... It just snowed here 2 days ago and there are salt on the roads so it is very dirty right now, but it is going to snow again today so there is no point in washing it. It was washed right before this past snow storm and I paid $14 for that works wash. I just want you to get an idea of what the blue on black looks like, along with the engine and interior. As I mentioned previously, there might be a couple of paint chips from wear and tear, but there are no major dents, paint defects, etc. The paint looks new still. No rust. etc. The pictures were taken a couple of months ago without the matte black shadow line around the windows (it is chrome in the pictures). I'm showing you all a picture of the car in its dirty state to show off the shadow line trim. It makes a huge difference. Kelley Blue Book on the car in "Excellent" shape is $20,134 and $19,322 in "Very Good Condition" . It is going to fall into one of these as this car is immaculate. Come see it in person and drive it for yourself. Pictures (Taken February 23, 2015) Also, if you want the OEM Wheels, I can give you them with the car but a couple of them are bent so you would just need to have them straightened by a shop. I was going to powercoat them and straight them, but just went the VMR route. I have all of the manuals and documentation of everything I've done to the car. I just want to add that money talks. I'm negotiable on the price and don't really know how well these cars do in the private party market. I got a decent price for my 135i so I figured I would start here since it is around $20k KBB and then I've invested over $2500 in parts.
Just updated the pictures with some clean pictures from a couple of months ago. Keep in mind that was with the old chrome trim. The shadow line trim is in the last picture (most recent dirty snow picture) Last edited by 1fan88; 02-20-2015 at 05:51 PM.. |

I went ahead and lowered the price at $1000 to make it $20,500
It is now up on AutoTrader so if you have been eying this car, it is about to get more attention. I think this price is a really good deal since it is pretty much the KBB excellent condition price and it has all of the add ons. I hope to take some better pictures this coming week when the weather gets better. We just got another 5 inches of snow today. I don't drive it in that much snow, lol. http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...93876422&Log=0 Last edited by 1fan88; 02-22-2015 at 02:10 AM.. |

I just added over 20 new pictures from today with the car clean! There is still some little ice sickles underneath the car, but out than that, you can truly see the beauty of this car.
