Aaron Hernandez
So ...
TESTIMONY in the murder trial of former National Football League player Aaron Hernandez has ended after the defence called just three witnesses and rested its case in a single day. Superior Court Judge Susan Garsh told jurors they had heard all the evidence they would hear, and that they were due in court Tuesday morning to hear closing arguments and receive instructions. They will then begin deliberations. What do you guys think will happen? I'm a bit dumbfounded that the defense rested after 1 DAY and 3 witnesses! I'm feeling that there is a whole lot of circumstantial evidence, no witnesses or motive so possible to be found not guilty / guilty of a lesser charge? |

He's probably gonna walk out with a lesser charge. That's the corrupt system of plea bargaining. Without a murder weapon or witness, it is hard to convict murder beyond reasonable doubt. I hope he gets put away for life. Anyways who cares, he's a scumbag thug anyways.

The reason the defense only put up 3 witnesses is because the prosecution has a weak case. It's their responsibility to PROVE he did it, not the defense to prove he didn't. Weak case, just rest.
Closing arguments will be the fun part for the jury, as they are just opinions and not evidence. |

Purely arrogant/dumbass if you ask me. He has wasted the opportunity countless people have missed out on, lost due to injury/other factors and millions dream about.
Football player wants to play thug ... The consequences are real for killing 3 people and being stupid enough to think he will get away with murder. If they don't get him on this count, he has 2 more charges of murder waiting for him |

If the defense felt the State did not prove their case by a reasonable doubt, why put on witnesses who may snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Sometime less is more.

Defense attorney trying to portray him as an innocent 23-year old "kid" who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I hope to God there isn't someone on the jury stupid enough to believe that. Although we did have the OJ jury...

Maybe this could be the truth. Allthough it has been also reported he was a pretty active gang member at some point. Once for sure, truth will prevail! |

Her wife or fiancé or gold digger is part of the con... She obviously removed the gun from the house and hope she burns in hell. lawyer asked if she remembers where she left the box? she says no. Then ask do you remember the smell of the box? She says YES and tells it smelt like weed. If you can remember the smell, how the fuck you wouldn't remember where you left it? Get it? Bitch is part of the con

Even if he's acquitted in this trial, I do believe he's been indicted for another double murder. He'll be going right back to his cell regardless.
