I don't know if the driver and passenger had luck on their side or this is a testament to how well RRs are built or both....but any which way, glad they are alive. Drive safe my X5 bros and sis.

Very sad scene to watch. Landing on its side is probably what saved them.

That looked really bad. He was obviously driving too fast for the weather conditions. Good to see they are alive and can walk away from the accident scene.

Plonker! VERY lucky he landed on concrete and not on some innocent driver at the wrong place and wrong time.
Should be prosecuted for Dangerous Driving.

Looks like slush on the road, and the car before, which looks like an older Volvo also slips and gets banged against the barrier. You can see the tread marks the Volvo leaves behind. Notice the rover is going much faster than the cars that precede it. At any rate, the guy is lucky to be alive and lucky no one was under him below.
