Location of East Coast VPC/VPD

Is it inside the Northeast Auto Terminal or does BMW have an off site location close by?

BTW, if you have Google Earth, check out the NEAT. Lots of cars. I know...

It's located directly next to the port. The cars are moved over there pretty much real time as they are unloaded.
