NOVA N55 owners with catless DPs, are you removing your DP's before each inspection

I assume we would have to for 2 reasons:

1. It wouldn't pass the sniffer test
2. There is no dp fix for the N55, so I'm not sure that it would pass an OBD test

Am I correct here?

it would pass sniff, but would fail for either not ready code/or visual inspection depending where you go. only choice i have right now is to take off dp and put on stock for inspection, then reinstall catless dp.
