price includes tires, correct? is the front offset really +40? I usually see +35s on fronts. Also the third pic is not clear. can you also post some more pics? is it all flush to the fender? slightly inner? sticks out? Thanks

That is the correct offset as stated on my receipt. It does include the tires. They will be slightly inner to the fender. Will post pictures later today.
