Any recommendations on tint %?

Hey guys! I live in S FL and its hot as hell. I want to do something that is as black as possible while still being able to see out the window at night. Of course the heat is always an issue. What is the % in the sunroof?

i had mine done here in Daytona. i went legal in front and one step darker for back windows. perfect. i went with ceramic tint for thermal and cell phone reception benefits.
