What do you eat for breakfast?
This is what I eat before I go to work. A bowl of whole grain cereal like raisin bran or Weetabix with milk. A glass or blueberry, cranberry juice or orange juice. A small bowl of plain vanilla yogurt or a banana. It's fast, and it gives me enough energy to keep me alert for the whole morning.
I don't really care what I eat for breakfast during non-work days, but I always try to fit a bowl of cereal during all my mornings. Those cereals with vitamins and minerals do make a difference with energy and concentration. |

I don't see why that combination would be bad for the digestive system... If anything it'd be better than just orange juice. You've got an acid and a base, I don't see how this would be harmful. If anything it'd be better than orange juice alone.

Wow, I didn't think anyone actually had the time to sit down and eat breakfast before heading to work. I'll grab a venti latte at Starbucks, and a bagel or Powerbar if I eat anything.
On the weekends, sure then I eat a bowl of cereal, or make an omelet.

I hardly ever ate anything until recently. Most articles that I've read regarding weight loss say you must eat breakfast to help speed up your metabolism. If you don't then you actually help your body gain weight. I'm not sure exactly how true that is but I'll give it a shot.
I'll eat cereal, instant oatmeal, or one of those carnation instant breakfast shake/mix things. You know the packet that looks like chocolate milk mix but has a whole bunch of vitamins and you just mix it with milk.

Do those instant shake things actually taste decent? I've had some (not sure what kind) and they tasted like chalk.

I don't leave home until I eat breakfast or have a plan for getting it. No exceptions. At home I eat something with eggs or egg beaters half the time, the other days its whole grain cereal or oatmeal. If I'm late, I take oatmeal to work and heat it up while my computer's loading.

Driving without eating breakfast is dangerous. It's the reason why I always eat a complete breakfast before I drive to work. My reaction time is like fighter pilot sharp when I eat a complete breakfast. I spend about 15-20 minutes each morning preparing and eating breakfast before going to work.
