Talking Finally in Production!

I ordered an Electric Red 330i ten days ago and every time I checked online it said it was still on order. So I called my dealer and through his system he said it had entered production yesterday. Obviously the databases are not linked. Whatever.....this is the longest I've ever had to wait to get a new car. It's great to know there are others out there dealing with similar frustrations!

My car completed production on Jan-09. By Jan-12 I was on a ship already, so things CAN happen quickly!

I figure another 6 weeks or more but that's cool... It gives me another few weeks to drive my 88 325is that my wife is making me sell. I already sold my 95 M3 and after I sell the 325is, it'll more than cover the full cost of the new car. I'm trying to be patient with the process, but to be honest, websites like these make it tough to not focus on the long wait.
