Fuelish?

My 2010 328i is the best daily driver I've ever owned. It's also the only BMW I've ever owned. It now has 109k trouble free miles.

Given modern variable valve adjustment capabilities, I've always used regular gas, with no perceived difference in performance.. I get 23-25 mpg on average.

Is this a normal approach, or not advisable. I know it's a little late to be asking, but I'm curious about what other owners do

Fuelish.....your missing a few ponies but if you drive slow you may not miss them.
