I am the second owner of this vehicle, the previous owner worked at Sterling, Virginia BMW dealership and had the car CPO'd when I bought it in 2012. I used the car for the last three years in Melbourne, FL.

This 2009 335i is in excellent condition having been garage kept for the last three years of ownership. No accidents, non-smoker, did not eat in this car. All maintenance is up to date. Waxed every 3 months, leather was cleaned and conditioned with Lexol products every 2 months. Oil was changed every 3k miles. Car has two brand new taillights due to their faulty design. Spark plugs were replaced at 45k miles. Front and rear brake pads were changed less than 5k miles ago. Brake fluid has been recently changed. The car has a few tasteful modifications to make it stand out, yet overall the vehicle is still very stock. There are a few minor scratches/chips from road rash, all something you would expect as this is my daily driver. I've recently moved back to Maryland and am looking to move up to either an m3 or m4 so I'd really like this car to go to an enthusiast.
