TurboSmart Kompact Plumb Back Diverter Valves. My factory ones started leaking once I went FBO with dabblings in E85, and these are perfect. No extra noise (I hate the BOV sound) and they work perfectly!

Hyperboost dv, the most underrated, forge being the most overrated.

Forge is cheaper, tial bov is the quietist, but diverted unfortunately don't work with vrsf new inlets. I'm in a quandary as i too don't want to hear the bov noise but I do want the vrsf inlets.

I removed the insert on my HKS and it made a huge difference. It's quite now. It's not silent, but it definitely doesn't beg for attention now. I doubt it can be heard from bystanders at all. I had purchased a Tial to quiet it down, but there's no need to install it now.
