Grr, mates 330d taken now

Well after mine was broken into my mates partner came downstairs to find the front door had been jimmied open and the keys to the car taken and obviously the car was gone from the drive.
He's asked me to share it far and wide of that's ok.
It was stolen in crawley West Sussex around 11pm on the 16/11/15.
This is the car.

Keep your eyes and ears open peeps please.

Thanks all

I hate to say it but its probably already at the back of a breakers yard with no plates ready to be stripped down. I know some guys that used to do this and they didnt mess about, luckily they got caught and 4 years inside.

Just to say the car was found tonight. Currently undergoing forensics. Apparently no real damage but won't know more until the police have finished with it.
Anyone know if it will go down as recorded stolen??

Shouldnt do i dont think?

Unless the insurance company had paid out on it and it was subsequently recovered.

No they haven't paid out. Apparently it was found near Berkshire. Been used in a load of robberies so obviously not a nice bunch of people.

It will go down as stolen recovered due to the fact it was stolen and recovered 😉
Glad he got it back but it'll never feel the same again 😕

Yeah well he's getting rid of it. I'm doing the same with mine. Not sure what to price mine at though.
It's got finance on which is a pain and puts a few people off

That's such a s*ite situation, hope it works out for your mate! Would you consider getting a tracker fitted to your next car? I'm toying with the idea of fitting one to mine

It's actually got one on it already but I haven't renewed the subscription on it. Wouldn't want it back tbh.
Looking at seat leon cupras now lol.
Someone could get a bargain on mine

And sadly this wouldn't have made a difference in this case. A tracker will only help you find it faster. Will still be stolen and recovered. even if it has a remote engine cut off, it was still "stolen and recovered".
