Got caught in a flood
Very narrow lane, cars and some cock in a truck behind unable to turn around so went for it. What was looking like 3" turned out to be 6" at most.
Only doing 4 MPH through it for 10 seconds. Car lights flickered but came back on now it is stuttering with the EML lit up but that is the only light. Drove 3 miles home with it being a tad reluctant but got there. What am I looking at? Let it dry out or insurance? E92 58 plate. |

6" of water doesnt sound like it would cause any bother, must have been more!
No idea, i'd remove air filter and check if its wet for a step to a hint....

Thanks everyone,
I let her dry in the garage for 2 hours and went out and started the car and everything was fine, the EML was out and all 6 were firing. Didn't even find any codes this morning. Thanks again. Evo it is a petrol. |
