M47TU Cylinder head installing

Hi guys,

My car is blowing oil everywhere and this is because of crankcase high pressure, something is seriously wrong. I will remove cylinder head this weekend, hopefully only gasket would be the problem, but assembling will take some time

Anyway, I am checking manuals, looking for service manual and only one useful I've found online is this one (my car is E90, this is for E46 but this is same engine).

Hopefully this will be gasket to be replaced and in this case I am not planing to remove any valve, but still, some better manual would be nice to have before I start to work on this.

So, my questions are :

Anyone understand and can explain to me Tightening torque in this manual ? I really don't understand "Tightening torque 11 12 7AZ" for example.

Anyone have some better manual ? Someone did it and there is some DIY ?

BTW.
I've done such job on some other cars long time ago this one will be something new for me, so, I have some basic knowledge but any tip woll be appreciated
