white/blue smoke on acceleration

I read a few older post on this that are a few years old . Wondering if any new info . Have a 2010 e90 when i gas it over 3000 rpm alot of white smoke come out . Doesnt smoke when starts or runs with out quick acceleration . I dont drive the car alot . Some say to take a long drive to burn out carbon other say there is water in the gas . Will be taking it into the mechanic next week but would like to hear other people experience .

Have you inspected the engine bay?

Garage List
Is it repeatable everytime you mash the throttle, or just when the car is cold? It is common for water vapor to come out of the exhaust when the car is cold or left idling for extended periods of time. The vapor can look like white smoke. If you get the smoke even after you car is completely warmed up it could be burned coolant. Which would be a sign of a pretty big repair.....

Either someone snuck a slow-feed seafoam tube into your engine or your burning coolant/oil.... blue is oil usually and white coolant. Probably a head gasket, but i guess it could be a piston seal or something of that sort

i doubled checked my coolant level and the stick use to be high now its only about 30% high .last time i filled it up was back in feburary . So is the coolant getting into the oil or the intake valves . also if i rev it at 3500 in park it doesnt smoke only while driving .

Is there a bunch of foamy oil in your your oil cap?
If there is that is a good indication of moisture/coolant in your oil.
