help me decide our next car!
First of all apologies for ph auto correcting weird.
Currently we have a 335i e90 fbo, and e70 x5 d I drive 70 miles daily so fuel efficiency does play some factor.. option 1: 750li 2012 45k miles .. Every possible option including active cruise control, driver assistance package, rear entertainment etc120k msrp, 40 grand .. silver color option 2: s550 2012 with distronic, 40k miles for 42 grand .. Car fax shows multiple electrical issues option 3: s350 bluetec, no options, not even rear view cam, 39k miles, for 42 grand, great fuel economy with the diesel, clean car fax option 4: 2007 Porsche carrera 4s cabriolet, 40k miles, red on black, 45 grand, 25 mpg highway, great car, I know I'm going overboard with this one, umm carfax shows alignment issues, tires swapped and aligned multiple times I'm confused as hell . logically I should just drive the e90 to ground, car is fbo and a lot of fun, alpine white on black and mhd tune pushing 400 hp

Porch Turdbro, preferably pre-996.
Or Cayman Or Boxster But no 911 without a wing. |

If you're driving 70 miles a day why is a porsche an option? If anything go with the bluetech.

If you are keeping the other two cars, get the diesel Mercedes. Seems like it would give you the least amount of trouble given what you've told us, the history of the other cars looks troubling.

If you need an executive sedan with great mpg get a 535D. My wife has one and we haul it around on weekends and my car stays put.
It's comfy, has 400+ torques and about 600 miles per tank. High 20s overall mpg and on the hwy even better.

First ask yourself this question OP.
Do you need 4 doors? Do you have kids? IMHO the 7's have depreciated so badly. My local dealers are selling 2012/2013's F01's the same price as F30 335i's 2013/2014's. |

Why a 997.1 Carrera 4S lolvert, or one of the fancy ones with wings? I thought regular 997s are susceptible to some motor issue (IMS?), so that would make me not want to get one. I think Turbo, GT2, and GT3 are less susceptible, so that's what I would get, and IMO a 911 looks incomplete without a wing. But this is just the opinion of a 12 year old who's not familiar with any of the cars you asked about.
