E85.... 10% already in 93 octane.
I plan on using E85 for my 2016 435i N55 EWG JB4 setup.
The 93 octane gas i fill up with (shell) already contains 10% ethanol. BMS states to use no more than 30% E85. So I'm assuming I can only use 20% E85, since 10% is included in the 93 octane. My cars gas tank is 15.8 gallons. 15.8 x 20% = 3.16 gallons (basically 3 gallons). BMS told me to go ahead and install the EWG wires/harness,add 3 gallons of E85, and raise FOL to 70. Btw, my car is EWG, and my JB4 is the EWG, Im ADDING ON the EWG wire/harness |

Good calculator to use too: http://www.georgebelton.com/E85Calculator.php What map are you running? I didn't need to move anything on the FOL. |

You can try an app i made some time ago for iPhone
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/e85-...3167?ls=1&mt=8 Plug in the desired numbers, it should tell you how much you can fill, will even tell you the octane level you are at |

I found a place to get 100% ethanol-free 93 octane about 20 miles from my house...definitely going to make that drive soon.
