Give Your Factory 328 Exhaust An Attitude Adjustment

The BMS E chassis 328i slip-on exhaust tips are the perfect choice for dressing up your factory exhaust outlets. Made from stainless steel these tips are sure to turn heads. Specially equipped with factory-like pressure clips so they go on easily and stay in place just like the factory tips. No ugly screws or clamps for a factory appearance. These easy to install exhaust tips are offered in a variety of colors and cuts that are sure give your factory BMW exhaust system a grand look. Sold in Pairs. Not for use with M-Performance exhaust systems. Does not fit any F chassis vehicles or other E chassis vehicles other than those listed above.

To install remove your factory tips by pounding outward on the lower part of the tip with either a rubber mallet or a hammer. A small piece of wood can be used between the hammer and the exhaust tip edge. This is done from under the rear of the car. Small medium taps will start the factory tip sliding off the actual exhaust pipe. Secure the tip before it comes off the end of the pipe with your hand. Make sure to keep it straight to not damage the inner spring clips. The logo on the BMS tip and cutout must be facing straight up during this next procedure. Slide the BMS slip-on exhaust tip and slip it straight over the factory exhaust pipe. Carefully push the tip straight on until it stops. That's it.

its comes in a set ... So quantity of 1 would be enough for 1 car

Is it rust proof? I already have a set of chrome stainless steel tips (similar to the ones pictured), but they only lasted one winter before rust became an issue.

I don't remember the brand, but it was definitely a cheap set. But still marketed as stainless steel, so just trying to figure out how to objectively assess the quality when good and poor products can be made from stainless steel, but some will last longer than others.

Burger Tuning only offer quality stuff, highly doubt you will have that same problem with this product

Not questioning the quality of Burger, but just generally, how would one differentiate? I imagine there might be some objective measure for stainless steel?

I just got my AA Gen2 exhaust which I doubt these will fit unfortunately. If they did I'd be all over them.
