F30 335i Exhaust Tip Inlet Size

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I did a couple cursory searches and couldn't find any information on the exhaust tip inlet size anywhere.

My buddy is giving me two CF tips off his F10 M5 and I was wondering if anybody knows if they'd fit. Thanks!

I wanna say 2.5? If not get your stock inlet stretched a little to fit and weld it?
