Eagle Eyes with HID adjustment ?

I was driving on a pitch black road the other night and suddenly wondered whether I'm actually getting the most out of my HID'S. I have never adjusted them since I've installed them. My question to you all is, does this seam like a normal beam pattern as far as distance goes or should I try to raise them up a bit.

It's impossible to tell from the photos since no beam pattern is shown. You'll want to park the front of the car 25 feet away from a blank wall on a leveled surface. The cut off lines should be even with one another as far as height is concerned, and they should just sit under the height of your mirrors.

For example, if your mirrors are roughly 3 feet off the ground, the beam pattern needs to also be that same distance from the ground when projected onto the wall.
