What luggage do you use?
For vacations whether for a weekend trip or longer what luggage to do you use?
Light packer and get what you need there or bring everything that you don't even use half the time? |

I have a Filson's laptop bag that I practically can live out of especially coupled with an American Express card. My wife is the over packer and she has duffle bags, multiple.

We use samsonite hardside spinners. I also carry an Oakley laptop backpack. Tumi makes a great travel kit for all your bathroom stuff.

Travelpro spinner. Also have samsonite spinner, but Travelpro wheels are much smoother so I mainly use that now. Briggs & Riley is what I want next, but don't travel enough to justify the cost.

Everything still looks brand new too. If it breaks, they fix or replace. Best customer service out there.

I tie a large nap sack to the end of a big stick and carry that over my shoulder while I'm stowing away on rail cars

Tumi Narita briefcase.
Up until recently, I was using this old, green cloth Samsonite carryon. The Porsche Design store in Chicago was closing, so I snagged a leather trolly. |

If I need to bring suits, BMW M, 25 inch clamshell 4-wheel spinner. It also stands up perfectly in the i8 back seat AND doesn't cost $25K+ of you get a whole LV set. If minimal days, I use a Tumi Tech 22 inch roll-aboard.
Carry-on is a BMW Motorsport Backpack, Zero by Halliburton 2 inch briefcase or Zero 3.5 inch briefcase. Depends on what I'm carrying. |

Cheap bags that I buy from discount stores. My luggage gets all banged up from travel so I buy the cheapest thing I can find that does the job.
