Hey guys, totally new over here my first time posting so forgive me if I sound like a noob lol.
Just got myself a 328I Msport in black sapphire and I want to change the front grille in black but can't decide which black...I'm hesitating between gloss black or a paint match black sapphire? What do you guys think? Thanks in advance
Secondly I'm thinking about adding a paint matched spoiler... nice or tacky? Thanks a lot guys I'll post few pics of the car as is soon...aslo if you guys know where I would be able to find the best quality vs price on the net it would help a lot as well.

Isn't there only one option that's OEM from BMW? I only was offered one as a Port/Dealer installed option when ordering a few weeks ago, but maybe I'm wrong.

I'd go gloss black front grills and if you're looking for rear spoiler i would do the BMW M-Performance one. Since your car is BSM here is an idea of what it would look like. Not the best pic of my spoiler but if you search this forum a bit you'll find pictures

Not at all tacky to have a paint-matched spoiler, but have you considered CF? Might be more expensive but the look might off-set nicely against the Sapphire Black. As for the grill, I'd go paint matched or matte, personally.

Thanks I think I'll get the M performance one paint matched...do you know on what site I'd be able to get a good deal? As for the grille u chose gloss black over paint matched? I can't see well but is ur car BSM?? thanks for the advice

I think I would rather the single grille when I'll get my first M I'll see these haha , but I must admit it does look very nice.

I would rather paint match than cb I think because I don't have any CB on the car ...I think I'll get the spoiler thanks to u guys lol

I went for Oem glossy black grille and got the MPerformance spoiler CB. Bought the spoiler from IkonMotorsport on eBay. Paint match on the net is sometime not that good. Just remember: you get what you pay for. It's cheap then sometimes it looks cheap ! my 2 cents.

The vendors on here would probably be able to get you a good deal on the spoiler and grill. And yes i chose gloss black, my car is BSM

If that works^ thats a good one to get. You could always search on ebay "F30 black grill" and you'll get a bunch of options. the seller i used for mine was bmwofnewton

I know this is an old thread and you have probably already done whatever you are going to do, but for my BMS MSport I ordered the OEM Grilles and had paint shop paint the exterior BSM while leaving all the slats and inside parts OEM Black giving it a match to the lower mesh parts on the car - and a very subtle but nice contrast.

While it's subtle, I like it much more than adding another off non-matching Black to the front of the car.
