Changing DISA switching RPM

just a thought, do you guys think switching DISA on a bit early can improve also smooth out powerband for those with full bolt on? is it even possible to alter it?

Yes it is, and it will cause you to lose torque.
And other option is the N54 manifold with or without Alfa N.
