Is this the lowest mileage E46 M3 out there?
http://www.copart.com/us/Lot/19533606?searchId=55425734
2000 MILES and its sitting here at an auction? I ran the carfax and it just comes up with: Accident reported Involving right rear impact with another motor vehicle Right side primarily damaged This is literally all it shows. Thoughts? |

That car looks like a "barn find" - it is in terrible shape. It would take thousands of dollars to bring it back to acceptable condition.

This is probably the lowest mileage and the most expensive...except for a CSL! |

I never really understood what you do with really low mile cars that aren't very rare. You either buy them and never drive them hoping they go up further (insuring, maintaining and storing them) or you drive them and quickly kill the value. Even if you like showing them off, really nothing special to see except great condition (not the mess at the top) and low miles.

Not rare now, but what would a <1k mile E30 M3 be worth today? It wasn't that rare back then. In Boston, I saw a ratio similar to 3's to M3's today.

Definitely not for me, if I can't drive it when I want without crushing it's value I don't want to own it.
