2011, meets your criteria. Thinking of selling it to move into an M3. I have the 193 Msport wheels as well.

Does have navigation, cold weather, premium, m sport, 6mt and has one more year of warranty , MPE and m diffuser , oil change every 7 k, dealer record available, clean carfax text me@ 9013364087 if interested

I have a 2011 M sport sedan 6spd manual. No Navi though, it does have bluetooth and sat radio with hi fi sound. Lots of expensive mods as well.

Includes extended warranty and only 41k miles.
