Muffler delete or res delete?

I've been doing research and I know this has been asked multiple times.

But which would provide the deeper and more aggressive sound? I'm all stock now, but JB4 and dos pipe are coming in the next month or so.

My last car i spend 1k+ on a cat-back and really don't want to waste on that again I want the one with the deeper tone. Thanks guys

I have a catless dp and muffler delete and the sounds is insane but it is loud and drones a little. Pop and crackles are very prominent. I just bought the Remus exhaust so I'll see how that sounds with a catless dp. You can hear the exhaust on my Instagram in my sig

You think you can PM your thoughts on the difference when you get the Remus on. And thanks for the reply

I had a DP + Res delete + muffler mod (which is almost a muffler delete) and it sounded fantastic.

Ar you planning to delete the resonator on your 340i? I am considering it on my 340i w/ MPE but can't find anyone else who's done it.

My DP will be arriving next week hopefully, so I will decide then depending on how loud it is.

I did notice that the 340 has another mini muffler between the cat and the resonator as well.

Went catless and my car still sounds like poop. Contemplating cutting my resonators out.

What's the muffler mod? I'm leasing my car so I don't want to hack up the exhaust by cutting out the resonator or spend thousands on an exhaust system. Have been contemplating having a muffler delete made.

Any sound clips of solely a muffler delete?

On the first page of the thread I am posting below he states what he did for the muffler mod. There are also some vids (sorry don't know how to post links)

i have a muffler delete that I would be willing to sell for $200. it's a custom fabrication and you could install it using a torca clamp; much like the M performance exhaust. You could then reinstall your factory exhaust when you turn in your lease.
