Boot (Trunk) Dimensions

Hello, patiently waiting for delivery of my X1 and questions keep popping into my head. Most questions have been answered by reading this excellent forum and reading a downloaded manual, however one question is what are the dimensions of the boot? Width x length x height (to Shelf). Thanks in advance.
Robert

Garage List
2022 BMW M3  [7.50]
2015 BMW M3  [0.00]
I don't have the dimensions handy but it's cavernous. With the shelf in it can hold a US sized brown grocery paper bag upright

Thanks for that. However I am more interested in how 505 litres equates to centimetres.

Here you go:

90cm deep (I don't have the sliding rear seats; if you have that option, it'll be 85cm to 1m AFAIK)

100cm wide

45cm height with the parcel shelves on

75cm height without the parcel shelves and as close to the rear glass as possible (I have the pano roof; I'm assuming models without it might gain a little extra height)

Sorry for the blurry photos. My left hand doesn't seem to be wired to my brain and I can't multitask to save my life!!

a bit OT but since we have a link to the Ausfahrt.tv video above - in the video he mentions (now I am not sure if he said that in the linked ENG or german version, as I watched both , that he has blind spot monitoring system. I thought there is no blindspot monitoring available for X1 at all....

is there someone who can confirm there actually is Blindspot monitoring in the side mirrros?

Thank you KPD. A very comprehensive answer. Two sets of golf clubs and trolleys will fit just fine.

No, there is no such system on the X1 available anywhere.

In English at about 39:40 he says "not even a blind spot monitor" when talking about the lack of electronic aids

He must've made a mistake. It's not currently available and all the rumours about it being added to 2017MY have turned out to be complete nonsense.

They're probably keeping for the facelift version.

in the video linked above - the eng version, check it at round 16:25, when he doest the visibility check, saying the D pillar makes a blind spot but ¨lucky for as we have blindspot monitor in ze mirrorz in you should orda zet az well¨
