BMW Bluetooth and Apple iOS 10 connection issues

I have the professional enhanced Bluetooth in my e91 lci 2011 late Dec 61 plate and after updating my iPhone 5s to iOS 10 it worked fine for s couple of days and now the screen just displays 4 stars on it and I can select any function or radio. Anyone else having this or similar issues with the iOS 10 update and their BMW Bluetooth connectivity

All sorted just needed to delete the phone profile on the BT in the car and re pair all is good and it's working a treat.

My radio will freeze if I turn the car on with my bluetooth on...I have to turn my bt off and back on in order to unfreeze it for some odd reason. It started happening after I updated to the new iOS, not a big deal for me as I am non iDrive but it can be really annoying.

I'll drive deleting my phone profile/unpairing and see if it fixes the freeze. Thanks!

It seems from the notes issued with the recent update revisions to iOS 10 Apple have been aware of BT issues but have not admitted to them being at fault when questioned about it as most if not all have had BT device compatibility and bug fixes within them.

In terms of issues with my iPhone and my BMW since my initial post I have not encountered and further issues at all with BT paring of BT operation.
