Drivetrin malfunction

Mainly on cold starts.....even if i tried to stop and start the car....the error stays!

Sometimes happen while spirted driving.

I have a jb4, catless dp, ER charge pipe, wagner competition FMIC.

Is it causing any issues to the car? Throwing a CEL? Or is it just showing up in the JB4?
