Water/meth injection - why not only water?

Given that the M4 GTS is equipped with a water injection system and not a water meth system - http://www.m-power.com/_open/s/edito...d=3375&lang=en - and that I would not really like having flamable material inside my car, I was wondering why not run the BMS injection system 100% water, not 50/50 as recommended by BMS?

If you have access to high octane fuel and your tune does not exceed the capabilities of your stock fuel system - then you might as well run 100% water. Adding meth will allow for better ignition timing with lesser octane fuel.
