So I saw the...

...Lexus IS-F on the road for the first time today in Rancho Cucamonga. It was black, and didn't stand out much from the typical IS. The controversial exhaust tips didn't look too bad despite its silly design. Sorry I wasn't able to take any photos, but I was on my bike.

Have any of you come across this car yet?

Yup...saw one in SoCal on the 101 South passing Calabasas. It was the bright blue color with dealer plates on it. Doesn't really appeal to me but I do have to admit the engine sounds great.

Seen one as well, I thought it looks much better than on pics!!! Kind of aggressive, but couldnīt believe the ugliness of the rear exhaust pips!! Wow!! They couldnīt have thought of anything worse!!!!!!!

It's straight up fugly to me. The bulbous hood, the dolphin nose, the gimmicky quads, it's all so ugly. The wheels look nice though.

I saw a blue one coming toward me. Looked pretty aggressive and not too shabby. I can imagine it wouldn't look as "different" in black, but the blue made for a nice package.

It does seem to loose some of the understated, agile classiness of the regular IS with all that bodywork. But I feel that way about the E92 M3 as well.
