Headers- are these 5 codes normal?

Hello, I've but running my car with AA headers and no tune for... a while now and I just now got a code reader. I wanted to make sure these 5(five) codes were normal. I also ripped out my charcoal filter last time I changed my air filter. That's it for mods

Strangely all I see is a couple of P1017 oxygen sensor errors after the C and O readiness monitors set. Probably cuz it's just a simple Innova scanner.

Anyone have an evap problem on their e90? I couldn't find any problem areas to check other than the "gas cap" I guess I'll try tightening it lol

I think mine went off when the Eshaft sensor went but I don't remember.

get a tune! what are you doing man? if you choose to invest into headers, you dont just stop there. your Fuel/air mixtures sound like theyre all over the place. you're not getting the most from your headers either.

I heard the AA tune is shit(apparently doesn't really change much for the headers? really?) and BPC hasn't responded to me so i guess I'll email em again. I'm gonna put a 3im on first so I don't have to deal with any support later

BPC is worth it, the only one known to be set up correctly for headers, and the 3IM for that matter.

Shoot them a call.
Very helpful over the phone...
Quoted me about 500 for me to drive there, have it on the dyno as they tune.

Or,

For a 'handheld' device to do it at home.

I just bought a handheld for 690(650+ $15 shipping. sounds high af but maybe it's big)

So you take your ECU's file with the handheld and email it to em, and they'll send you back a tune for the car. Sounds intuitive

It's probably similar to the AA usb like I have (simon)...
Timely process for the copy to download and the tune to overwrite.
Make sure you have a small battery jumper avail.
You gotta make sure your cars ECU doesnt 'go to sleep,' per say....
Let us know how it goes!!

So after the tune I'm getting a CEL after about 100 miles. Pulled codes and got P0420(bank 1) as logged and a pending P0430(bank 2) along with P0420. is it possible that the sensors may have rattled loose during the break-in period of the headers? I didn't put enough torque on them is what I'm hoping and it's as simple as going back under the car with a O2 wrench. I was careful not to knock them, but one tapped a bit hard so maybe that's what is is and I'm boned. So, how do I ID which header is bank 1 or bank 2?

I don't have five codes with AA Headers and no tune, only two codes show up on mines which are both post cat errors from bank one and bank two.

What is SAP??? I decided to roll to the exhaust shop to have them check my sensors and they were slightly loose, nothing serious and they tightened them up at no cost to me. Turns it out it's not that, Bob from BPC said will look at the file once I update him on what the results of the 1st tune he sent me. Hopefully it really just is a tuning quirk rather than a problem with hardware.

Hmm...is that regulated by the O2 sensors? You have me thinking now because when I installed the headers and drive the car I hear like a slight fluttering noise that isn't like the valve tick.
