I have seen after market Headlights on Ebay but they are very expensive around £400 mark the one i like there are some which are £200 but they look very... I know what we pay thats what we get.. Just want to know if someone upgraded there headlights what options did you go for.. Another thing I have mailed all the sellers on Ebay about retrofitting HID kit to them all the sellers said if you do will void warranty and they are not suitable with HID's... It's been almost 12 years, more than a decade now since e90 was produced. You would think there should be lots of affordable solutions on the market for angel eyes upgrade for pre-lci Halogen e90 and yet .... still nothing
OP without paying $$$ you probably won't find anything. I was looking at every junkyard in Canada (Ontario) and in US (in NY, CT, AZ the states where I worked/lived) and none of them has ANY Angel Eyes. They are all gone before car makes it to the junkyard Lowest I found on ebay for a set was $900 for a stock lci Halogen! headlights Bi-Xenons go for $750 a piece! It's almost like our 10 year old e90s are Ferrari's The only affordable way is to hunt for a used pair of lci headlights locally or here on forum |

I went with a set from Umnitza.
They were retrofitted with the fx-r and Orion angel eyes. I didn't get any errors and they look way better than stock. Are they perfect? Definitely not. But they do away with amber corners, are brighter than halogens, and totally change the look of the car for the better. If you're handy, you can bake open your stock lights and do the retrofitting yourself. I may go this route, as I want upgraded angel eyes and would rather not pay for a second set of lights. |
