Anyone have install advice AA headers
Just got them in today and am looking to install on jack stands. Is that going to be enough clearance to slide them out the bottom? I think it should be pretty easy unless the exhaust bolts give me problems.

Are there four O2 sensors one each pre cat and one each post cat? I know I will figure this all out tomorrow but I want to know before I get into it not during.

Its really just removing the cowl, engine cover, under side cover, O2 sensors, and then the actual exhaust manifold correct? I'm not going to run into any crazy bolts or nuts or need four hands? |

Thanks for the customer service and quick shipping Mike. I ordered these on the 26th of Nov. and Mike and the guys at Extreme Power House had them drop shipped straight from AA. I will be looking at you guys next time I need a part.

Removing some things helps reach bolts easier.
Unclipping the sensor from the radiator expansion tank and moving it out of the way helps reach some bolts. There's a bracket on the engine block that attaches a ground wire to it that needs to be removed to reach some bolts as well. Biggest advice: get a ratcheting 11m wrench. Worth every penny on this install.

I wish.
Didn't have proper tools, didn't have any help, frequent mid-job runs to the store. Get these https://www.lowes.com/pd/Kobalt-8-Pi...ch-Set/3367222 You just need 11mm one. I think lowes sells it for about $20. Don't even think about it, just get it. It will make your life easier. You can also use something like this - so you can use power tools https://www.amazon.com/Titan-Flexibl.../dp/B00355GLBY If I had to do it again, i think it can be done in under 4 hours. |

Do you slide one manifold in at a time? Or do you need to get both slid up into position and then go back under the hood to get them on the bolts? |

Both manifolds at the roughly same time. Just place them losely in there. take 1-2 nuts and just put them on to hold them in place and to hold those O rings. Once you maneuvered both in place, only then start tightening them. |
