Need Help With E90 Drive train
I have an 2006 E90 330i with only around 41,000 miles on it. I've been noticing a loud vibration when driving and decided to bring it in to get looked at. At first, I was told the wheel bearings were shot and needed to be replaced, so we started with that. Turns out, I had been driving on the bad wheel bearings for so long, it damaged the spindle knuckle hub assembly and the axles and needed to get those replaced as . So we went forward with doing that. But now I'm told that I can't find a rear axle to replace the ones I have now because the axle I had on apparently had 10 holes instead of 6? I don't know how or why I had one with 10 holes, but where do I find this part?

If you can find the part # on realoem.com, then you can search eBay and a lot places for it. Many salvage yards are listing their parts on carparts.com.
