anyone drive a G30?

I did the autocross yesterday and the cars were the 540i and 540i awd....I found the steering to still be light.

Is E9x steering gone for good? I swear for some reason, BMW has lighter EPS than other makes, even Nissan and Chevy?

Yes I did the autocross also. The steeing is dead. The wheels barely communicate to the driver they are doing. It feels like a boat even in sport mode. I have more fun on the roads in my car then I did with the 5 series on autocross. Oh and the understeer is garbage. It's not the ultimate driving machine anymore.

You point the car down the track and you hope for the best while the car takes you for a drive. Garbage. But yes it is high tech and comfortable. Mercedes with a BMW badge put on.

BMW ruined the 5 series starting with the last generation F10. I had one as a loaner and it had terrible handling and steering. I couldn't believe I was in a BMW. Sadly I think a Lexus would be better in this class now.

Garage List
BMW has gone from driving dynamics to trying to beat Mercedes-Benz at their own game of luxury comfort cruisers. I don't have confidence they will be able to successfully do that, and instead have cars stuck in between.

The Camry rental felt more engaging than a 535i msport with adaptive suspension loaner. Is that baaaaad?
