Bimmer software k+dcan cable going bad

So I purchased the k+dcan cable around 6 months ago from bimmer software with otg cable to install mhd on 2 of my BMWs,been working great and still flashes MHD maps without an issue.

I tried xhp install on my 2011 335i, and it stops randomly during install and gives a blank popup message.

Sent my files to xhp, they said cable communication has a lot of errors.

Has anyone else had this cable go bad or similar issues?

Haha that's an awesome name. I was amazed you were able to make it reliable and increase speed. Even the bimmer software cable which was the best for a long time, was very slow with MHD. Can't wait to see flash times with the new cable

Looks like newer software is requiring faster communication so probably the reason my other cable is not working with xhp.

Does this cable substitute for and ICOM specifically when
doing the 2010 + radio recodes.
What are the programmings or codings that it can't do?

got the new Bimmer Geeks Pro Cable, was able to install successfully and flash. This cable is really Quick. thank you bimmer geeks and rbt tuning for the very fast support!
