Advice on glass removal

Morning,

Just potentially got my hands on some privacy glass for my car. I currently have tints and the back window has those horrendous lines which drives me mad !
Before I bite the bullet and buy the glass, does anyone have any recommendations, concerns or anything to be weary of ?
Three pieces, the rear window and the rear side windows would need removing and replacing. Based in the East Midlands, only people I can think of is auto glass..
Please advise

Cheers

I've replaced my rear screen with a brand new privacy one. It's a straight forward swap over for the likes of autoglass etc.

I'd just say use a new rubber trim surround but should be ok.

If you see a windscreen guy on your travels stop & ask them if they'll do a private job for you.
I did this when I needed new window rubbers & chrome trims fitting to my beetle, cost me £20, that was 25 years ago though

Just got of the phone from auto glass...
I am supplying the glass and the replacement is £650.00

At that price I really don't mind those lines in the rear window lol

Don't use one of the big companies, if you're East Midlands ring Guy at Midlands Vehicle Glass, he's a top guy and will do them a lot cheaper than you've been quoted by AG.
