Yuk! If you want to protect the front of the car, have it clear wrapped. Excellent protection and virtually invisible.

the problem i have is that due to a shoddy previous repair the paint has crack and peeled up. to repair is going to cost me near on £300 so im looking at cheap stop gap alternatives.

See if you can get another bonnet from a scrappy in the same colour rather than destroying the look of your car

yeah need to find one close enough. the few ive come across so far would have needed a full respray due to dents etc.

ill live with the issue till i find one

I've only ever seen these on Mk4 Golfs and B6 A4s! They can look ok on those cars but they really don't suit an e9x IMO.

I know i will get stick for this but i too have been looking for a bonnet bra for mine, just for my euro road trip. Sadly though they don't make one for an F13
