The interior lights are already LED in North American spec'd cars, just not the super bright kind. Also the LED is soldered onto the chip, so you can either replace the just the diodes or the entire enclosure with an aftermarket part. Also I believe reverse is H21W

Unfortunately they are, just pry open the lights and see what i mean. Good thing there are plenty of aftermarket replacements for it. The dome lights are a bit more tricky since its part of the dome assembly.

I'd call them more of a soft white than amber, I actually prefer the softer color over the bright, cool white aftermarket bulbs I have in my Jetta and Ram. However, the led bulbs that Sylvania/Osram sell for the interior are right on the money for color and brightness for aftermarket.
