Help with car valuation for insurance (2007 e90 325i)
Hello,
Need help with my stolen car saga. Insurance company is holding the car and waiting for assessment after the car was recovered. Apparently the only obvious bodywork issue is some minor damage to the front bumper but they seem eager to want to write-off the car. I think they are under-valuating the car but the insurance said if I can find 3 quotes of similar cars for sale then they will consider those sale values as reflecting the market value of my car. I am having trouble finding similar specifications in cars for sale so I was hoping to get some help with this. 2007 (57) e90 325i m sport, 2.5L engine ~82,000 miles Leather - good condition iDrive system Bodywork was in good condition with minor scratches here and there as expected with a 10 year old car Full maintenance recently performed with no issues found New brakes and tyres within the last 2 years I can find 325i's from 2007 but without the iDrive. Looking at Parkers.co.uk my car seems to fit the 'm sport business edition' trim but I cannot find any further info on cars with this trim, maybe it wasn't a popular trim?? Also, what can I realistically expect the value to be from your experience? Thank you very much |
