What is the acceptable range for both please?

Above 50/1500, respectively.

If either/both fall below that, you got problems.

To clarify, the numbers FCobra94 referred to were during WOT (wide open throttle). At idle, my HPFP is usually between 660 - 720

Those numbers are decidedly worse in cold weather than warm, but bad either way.
