Forum/Social Media Sales Representative Vivid Racing Forum/Social Media Sales Representative Available for Immediate Hire Vivid Racing is looking for someone exceptionally savvy with Enthusiast Forums, all Social Media platforms, DEEP Aftermarket Automotive knowledge, impeccable sales skills, and people skills beyond measure. We are searching for someone that can toss all of those skills into a blender to generate sales directly with Enthusiasts around the globe. If you BLEED BBCode, know your way deeply around all Social Media platforms, understand what things like AP1, E46, S14, F430, 991, MP4, etc. all mean, and are very money motivated, we want to meet you. Job Description: As a Vivid Racing employee, you will be assigned to a work station where most of your business will be conducted via computer and phone. 95% of our business is parts distribution worldwide. Walk-in customers do happen, but are not as common as phone sales. As part of our retail sales team, the following duties are performed on a day to day basis: ●Assist customers by phone, online, and in-person ●Handle both sales and support inquiries ●Record detailed customer and vehicle information in a variety of software systems ●Be an active member and sell on various Facebook Groups ●Forum sales, which requires: ●Making posts to become part of the general community ●Offering technical answers or opinions ●Creating sale threads ●Daily posting quotas ●Posting up relative Vivid Racing PR information ●If forum goal is not met, sponsorship fee will be removed from rep profit ●Processing customer orders ●Contacting Vendors for information related to orders, remain in good standing with all vendors ●Ensure customer loyalty with exceptional customer service Experience: We are looking for a blended individual with a desire to succeed, sales experience, and some performance vehicle knowledge. ●Assist customers with honesty and integrity ●High importance on customer service and demand a culture of growth ●Strong communication skills – listens attentively and asks thoughtful questions ●General understanding of the Performance Industry and Aftermarket Products ●At least 2 years retail or wholesale sales experience in a call center environment ●Must be very internet savvy and understand the ins and outs of Microsoft Office ●Have previously used some type of ERP system (we use QuickBooks Enterprise) ●Organization and follow-ups are extremely important to success ●Professional appearance and positive attitude Benefits: ●Health and Dental Benefits are offered after 90 days of employment ●Employee Discounts Available Pay and Performance: ●Outlined on Employee Contract |
