Knowcking sound on engine (video)

Hello,

I've had this issue since i owned the car for over a year now, sometimes the knocking is there and sometimes it isn;t but its very loud.

I open the hood and the sound is not coming from any vibrating parts etc, sound to be from the inside of the engine. I recorded a short video, can anyone give any pointers with the soind below?

Let me know if you would need anything else to have a better idea.

When i open the hood, the sound seems to be coming from the left side of the engine.

Garage List
Reading your post history i'd suggest you set the car on fire and walk away.
That 9sec video is useless just hanging it out the driver side door. Pop the hood and use it to scan around so the mic will be a bit more useful then post something. Need way more info before anyone can make even an educated guess.

Yea that's what I was thinking. Headers leaking. Headers gasket or header cracked. Doesn't sound like rod bearing or lifter. Sounds like 1 cyl leak
