Minor accident damage, easiest way to fix ?

Hi guys

I hit some debris the other day. End result is that my fog light snapped right off and now lyes in the bumper. The tabs which have snapped off are all part of the foglight housing rather than the bumper. So I should be able to buy a new one and bolt it in. Is this a bumper off job ?

In addition one of the "blades" also fell off. Is there an official name for these ? I'm thinking if I can get hold of one I'll be able to clip it back on, or failing that Epoxy.

Buy new ones, bolt them on as best, epoxy the parts you need to. Gorilla glue or something works too.
